What to Expect
Yoga is the uniting of the mind, body and spirit, helping to bring balance, peace and tranquility into our lives. I incorporate Vinyasa, Hatha and Ashtanga influences with a focus on correct physical alignment to create a unique practice that builds strength, energy and endurance while also relaxing, grounding and centering the body.
My classes are for beginners and advanced yogis alike. Everyone is welcome!
Each class is 75 minutes, begins with a meditation and closes with a resting period (savasana) to integrate all the work we just completed. You should leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, centered and energized!
Recommendations for class participation: -Bring a mat if you have one, otherwise I have some available for use -Do not eat for up to two hours before class when possible -Wear comfortable non-constrictive clothing (athletic wear such as basketball shorts and leggings are most common) -Bring along plenty of water and possibly a towel -Respect your limits and listen to your body -Please join us on time, but if late, still come and quietly find a space
Pricing
Classes are $40ec for drop-in and $35ec with a punch card. Cash is preferred, but I do accept Venmo, PayPal, bank transfers and checks.
You will experience the most benefits when you practice a minimum of twice a week. Choose from the schedule below which classes feel right for you. Note: Any changes to the schedule will be announced in advance on social media and in our WhatsApp group.
Directions to COCONUT FARM: The Coconut Farm is located on the SE peninsula just before the Hyatt entrance (look for yoga sign by farm driveway). The yoga platform is located in the coconut grove in the back left corner of the farm behind the largest cottage.
